Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the 10% restocking fee, if applicable.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.
